1 kb ladder contains 13 discrete bands ranging from 300 bp to 10 kb. Ready to load mix at 0.1 µg/µl. For best results load 5-10 µl per well (500 µl/tube, 50-100 loads). Stable at 22-25°C (store at -20°C for long term storage). Ideal for size determination of digested DNA.
